Democrats see healthcare deal hopes collapse
It's now looking very likely that the Democrats will be unable to push through the bill in the time Obama originally wanted. Rahm Emanuel claims he still expects them to get it through by the end of the year, but every delay will see their political capital decrease, giving opposition a greater chance to stop this monstrosity. Apparently moderate Democrats don't care much for socialized medicine either.
