I doubt her ruling will in any way resemble the Constitution, but it's not like Souter's did either, so it's not really that big of a deal in my opinion. Maybe she'll turn out like Souter in reverse: turning conservative after being nominated by a liberal. A pipe dream, but still, it would be awesome.
