Blame Bush!
Yeah, that $1.3 Trillion deficit is the reason your health care bill is so insanely expensive and disliked by Americans. It's as though Obama thinks he can do whatever he wants and just blame the Bush administration when it doesn't work. He apologizes for American "arrogance," but meddles in the affairs of governments that actually like us.
